I love working with patients who embrace partnering with me on their health journey. It’s amazing and inspiring when revelation flows and mysteries are solved. Whether you need an adjustment, are dealing with disease, stress, inflammation, or toxins, I can help you.
Einstein said there are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle; the other is as though everything is a miracle. He seemed to live in wonder, awe, curiosity and miracle.
David says in Psalms that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. This never goes out of date; it is always relevant. Our bodies are called a temple, full of the holy which quickens our mortal body. All creation including your body declares His glory.
Chiropractic is vitalistic, the sum is greater than the parts. The body, soul and spirit all function as one.
Dysfunction, dis-ease, and disease happen by the 3 T’s: Trauma, Toxins, and Thoughts. Reconnecting man to God is the highest goal. Trying to do this can be confusing in our mechanistic, reductionist, allopathic and pharmaceutical world.
Health is an “inside out” work. Health is not something done to you, but through you.
Adjustments don’t treat pain or other symptoms. Instead, they help reduce nervous system interference to wake the body’s ability to self-heal. It’s something that happens at an unpredictable pace and depends upon countless patient’s decisions and lifestyle choices.
Pain relievers suppress; adjustments awaken. Chiropractic adjustments invoke the self-healing qualities of the patient. Medication produces the desired effect by shutting down the body’s ability to sense pain.
The adjustment is a powerful event and it is part of a chiropractic lifestyle. It is a partnership of patient and doctor. Both patient and doctor should have reverence, wonder, awe and curiosity about the miracle of life.
To get better results from your chiropractic adjustments,
- be consistent with your appointments to help retrain the nervous system
- be consistent with the supplement regiment
- accentuate the positive
- find ways to handle your stress better (Saying no, epsom salt baths, journaling, and getting to bed on time at just a few.)
You control the speed of recovery. Consider for a moment: are you getting 6 hours or less of fitful sleep, watching hours of negativity and mayhem on television, eating lousy food, dehydrated, hating your job, worried about debt, overweight and sedentary? Our choices either move us toward health or away from health. Are you making deposits or withdrawals into your health account?
Let me help you with your next steps to better health! One change can change everything, so be flexible to change. If you are interested in an appointment, simply call our office to set one up. I look forward to working with you!
