Simply add electrolytes (1 tsp -3 TBS apple cider vinegar in water AND/OR sea salt/Himalayan salt right on your tongue or sprinkled on your food).

Add in some good fats to help with energy and blood sugar. Some of our favorites are grass-fed butter, MCT oil, and coconut oil. A good fat at each meal is a good place to start.
