How to Cancel Your Appointment
To cancel your appointment, please call (574) 773-4423. If there is no answer, please leave a detailed message on our voicemail. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please leave your name and phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Cancellation of an Appointment
Hutsell Chiropractic requires a 24-hour notice for any rescheduled or canceled appointment. In doing so, it allows our patients access to the necessary care that they need in a timely manner.
A cancellation is considered late when we are not notified within 24 hours of the appointment. Please let us know promptly if a conflict arises.
A missed appointment is a patient who misses an appointment without canceling it. Failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be marked as a missed appointment. A first offense of a missed or canceled appointment in less than 24 hours, there will be no charge A second offense will result as a $25 charge on your account. A third offense will result in the full charge of your scheduled appointment.
